| A bit of the current rumor data on "Caprica"...
First, it's currently looking more and more like Sciffy is going to greenlight a fourth season for Galactica and as a consequence, Caprica is unlikely to see the light of day before 2008 if not later.
Second, given that Caprica is going to be a show about law, industrial/science espionage, familial politics and a lot of the other flavors that used to go into prime-time soap shows of the 80's like Dynasty, Dallas, Knott's Landing, etc., it's unlikely that the show would show us any of the pre-Cylon war Caprican military. Remember folks, that it was the Cylon wars that were basically responsible for the formation of the Colonial federated republic and that the twelve colonies were disunited and often hostile to each other prior to that.
