I'm posting this in response to the topic I posted on the Galaxy refit thread.
The Dominion remained isolated. The Maquis is rebuilding and was supported by now-enemy to the Colonists, the Federation, now supported by Klingon Reformist faction, Cardassian Underground, Bimphalian Empire, Kazon Alliance, and other enemies to the Federation. The Alpha Quadrant, Delta Quadrant, and Beta Quadrant formed the Great United Federation of Planets. The story takes place in 2400 in the Star Trek Online universe, it features the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-F with a new Captain, Christopher H. Pike(decendant of the first Christopher Pike of the original Starship Enterprise). The Enterprise-F uses a Quantum Slipstream Drive. A new drive is actually a Borg Transwarp/Quantum Matrix hybrid engine, the Quantum Matrix powers the Slipstream while the Transwarp Core powering the ship. The Slipstream Drive uses Hybrid Dilithium Crystals(Dilithium/Super Dilithium[the one used in "Threshold"]/Benamite). More updates soon. I'm looking for staffwriters. So, what do you think?
