I think I liked where it was going in the first version a bit better... I'm not sure all the piping is fitting in as well here. I think it's making the chair seem too 'ordinary' like something you'd see in the backyard. I really like the concept but maybe try to push the concept that the main 'tiles' will construct the chair, rather than the tubing? What if the 'tiles' were divided into three sections, in addition to all the radial copies? then you'd have different sizes to work with when you build each of the different chairs? or what if the 'tiles' had curved bottoms (the underside) then you'd be able to put them in different shapes due to the curves?
