1 - If you mean the one labeled as "????", there was a toy made (I have pictures!), but nobody assigned to it.
2 - Ack! The green one is supposed to be Kit Fisto's.

3 - Windu got a purple one (in the cartoon & a toy) of the newer Jedi Interceptor (Eta-Actis), but not of this one. But I might create one anyway...
