Here's one of my favorite ships from the book: Star Trek Spaceflight Chronology.

It's the ship that Captain Christopher's son commanded on the first manned mission to Saturn.

I like this design because it almost has a lineage to the DY-100 class sleeper ship. It also gave me a good chance to try out my greeblie skills. I think it's turning out alright.
