I work in a eye hospital and had this idea yesterday. I couldn't resist making it ASAP, so now I use it as an instant Trekkie detector hanging in my office...

Who has ever seen a Klingon with glasses?

PS: for proper use print it to fit an A4 size paper and stand 1.30m from the paper...

That's different. I like it. The only thing off about it is that the numbers and words at the top are in english. Shouldn't they be in Klingon as well?

Well it was intended for human doctors, since Klingons hardly have any doktors...

Each line should be an insult in Klingon, with the lines getting increasingly insulting as the text gets smaller, so you can judge their eyesight by how mad they get.
