Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0 | That was a new addition to the Galifrey story - in the legacy Dr. Who, the sky was always blue. I suppose however, that it may not be too differenct. Consider the range of alternate-environments that are being found on Earth that have no input from the Sun or sky, you could probably get away with something very similar to normal. |

Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0 | Nope - just gave a 'red' impression as so much of it was set externally to the citadel. From all earlier descriptions, Galifrey was very similar to Earth, which is why the Doctor liked Earth so much. You see a lot more of it in The Five Doctors - even back then, it wouldn't have taken much to modify the sky in post. They did it for other planet backgrounds. The orange-sky, silver-trees malarky is Davies changing established canon again ![]() All that said, that's not to detract from your images anyway. I would however, probably have reduced the orange a little in intensity. The blue in the sky is light filtered through Nitrogen, so all sky tends to be pastel shades (most of the time). |
