Classic Trek Screencaps

This picture is originally a bluescreen shot of one of Rel777's models, the K'tinga.

I "enhanced" the picture to appear to be a poorly transferred TV screencap from the 60's.
The compositing and Special Effects are mine

Nivce, but the scanline effect is a bit too clear. Either add some blur on top of it and shift the odd lines slightly to imply motion. (do not darken them)

Yeah, thanks! (WELCOME TO THE SUBTLETY DEPARTMENT )

Ill blur the scanlines a little. I have no idea what you mean by "odd lines" - I used photoshop to create a pattern of horizontal alternating black and transparent lines, 1 pixel thick, and superimposed on top of the picture at 20% opacity...

well this shouldn't be in the 3D gallery, because your treatment of this image is 2D, I'll move it there now, but next time just post it in the physical model thread you got the image from

I pity the fool!

OK, i blurred the scanlines slightly. What do you think?

If anyone wants me to do a treatment of another model, just send me the bluescreen (If you want me to treat a mesh, then do a digital bluescreen)

Anyone notice the "wires"?
@IRML: I'm not playing around with physical models only, i'm doing this on other stuff as well.
