Kenny, check out Nick's site Exula, and prepare to be blown away- the stuff you'll see there is truly outstanding.

Brilliant work as always Nick- it's great to see you back posting here- congrats on the Masters Award, by the way.

Aw thanks guys and thanks for the welcome ^____^ I’m always amazed at how fast time seems to pass between posts…and how much of it seems to pass 0___o

Whilst I was painting this piece, I knew which forum I needed to post this up on Thanks for the kind words Kenny, yeah Samurai’s right, when I eventually get my website up at the start of June, that’ll be the place to see a lot more of my work, though I deal as much with fantasy world building as Space Opera…though I do love Space Opera and painting this piece has got me in the mood for more.

At the moment I have one other piece and that’s a piece of Fan Art for Mass Effect. I’m currently going back and tarting up some of my work and that piece is on the list for this week. Definitely planning for more in the second half of this year though!

Thanks Samurai, I couldn’t believe it when they phoned to tell me the result…in fact I kinda laughed at the guy >_____> Needless to say I didn’t get much work done the rest of that day!

Thanks again everyone!

Cheers fellas, glad you dig it! Hopefully I'll get some more done over the coming months.

Hey Samurai, yeah i did a Mass Effect wallpaper a while back, I didn't get as much time on it as i would have liked, so i think i'm going to go back and tighten it up and build on what's already there. Because the brief was to not give away any of the storyline it's probably a little generic. I think also it suffered from the fact i was still playing the game. I was torn between playing it and painting it! I'll probably be playing it again when it comes out on PC, mmmmm Mass Effectelicious.

If i get time i'll do a fresh ME piece...gotta get my transformers illustration finished too...gawd this'll teach me to leave work unfinished ^___^
