From my understanding the propulsion on a tholian vessel is is in the aft section of the fins...

That's badass. I always liked those guys also. And, we only go to see them on 2 episodes in all of Trek.

Nice start, always enjoy your versions (visions) of Trek ships. Always wanted to see more of the Tholians but alas the state of the art never allowed for it. One of the only real 'alien' races we ever saw on TOS.
