Hey, The Program I use is Adobe Illustrator, but you can use any Vector program to make them. You can also used photoshop, but Vector programs are better.

Alright...this is gonna be tough to explain. If you have Illustrator, read the included tutorials THOROUGHLY! Then look up tuts here and on 2d sites. (i need to do all this myself). Its not as easy as it looks. While Jose here can post a render that looks like it took no more than ten minutes, in reality each sketch takes several hours (except when he is just changing a few small bits here and there). [I think he wants to make us all feel stupid that we cant even make a simple LCARS screen ]
But what you are asking him to teach you is no simple task.

Hey All. I know making LCARS Graphics is hard, but check out the few video tutorials that I have on my forum. It will help you get a better idea on how to make stuff. Also Adobe has free video tutorials on Illustrator and Photoshop.

I should have more video tutorials soon.

It wouldn't be nearly so hard if y'all used a sensible vector graphics app like Fireworks... But then, maybe I'm biased.
