| If she was going to have a proper uniform she would have had it season 3. She looks like she has a mini-Afro. ![]() Trip's jaw looks too sharp at the corners. For profiles don't forget he has an extremely long pointy nose. |

But let’s just say I'm not going to feel restricted by TATV in any way. Quote:
It took me an embarrassing amount of time to settle on the colour as it is a present, and since no one’s mentioned anything yet I’ll assume for now it’s not too bad.

![]() At least with the S1 and S2 uniforms they did have male Vulcans wearing the same rediculous outfits, even then it didn't change the fact that they were... well rather... illogical. Since S5 would be about at the start of the Earth-Romulan war, I'm assuming that Vendorians and Remans might make an appearance as recuring villains? (Vendorians being the shape-shifters from TAS) ...and maybe Kzinti and Tzenkethi?

The Remans will probably make an appearance in some capacity, but for practically all of S5 the Romulans will be operating mostly from behind the shadows. So there won’t be much call for the hands on action the Remans are placed to fill in regard to plot and maintaining continuity. As for the Vendorians, I personally don't like to rule anything out definitely but no I don’t think so. TAS is still very much at a level of debateable canon, up until very recently it was broadly accepted to be out of continuity. The problems with suddenly injecting something predating all of modern Trek from TNG to ENT back into the canon is overwhelmingly gonna cause trouble. I've never seen any of the episodes either, beyond a couple here and there when I was a very small kid. I mean I had to look up Vendorians, to figure out what the hell you were talking about before writing this. But I’m more than willing to except outside episode pitches and scripts, so if someone can take their concept and make it work well into an episode then I’ll take it onboard. I am more familiar with the Kzinti, mainly due to their association in some fan circles with the Tzenkethi. I don’t know. I have my story to tell, and I’m not sure how many episodes I’ll be able to produce working on my own. In an ideal world I’d love to produce somewhere around twenty, which would allow episodes to focus on other areas like the Tzenkethi. But unless I get plenty of animators onboard to help out that’s not gonna happen. So right now, I’m focused on the core story/arc episodes. Even though it looks like the first story will probably revolve around the Klingons, as a follow up to the Affliction/Divergence arc.

| Looks great. One thing I would suggest is to make Trip's "smile lines" less noticeable. Right now it's making his face seem longer (like Archer), whereas Connor Trinneer has more of a round face. |
| "Mr. Worf, do you know Gilbert and Sullivan?" "No sir. I have not had a chance to meet all the new crewmembers since I have been back." | |

| Will you promise me something, that you will never make weapons fire from the wrong place? Good work on the arm patch it should be perfect for mid and far distance shots. The high detail one will still be good for very closeup shots, such as from patch to the top of the head. Then again, you might not want to switch detail levels like that. For the full cast picture: Phlox - He looks spot on. Hoshi - Her hair should be a tad lower on the top edge, as in less fluffed up hair. Her eyes shouldn't have the stem, you can sort of see one in her eyes but generally you don't and it's not pronounced enough in her pictures for it to be in her animated self. The top lid of her eyes arch more and the bottom lid are flatter most of the time, when she is neutral or smiling, her low lid opens more and evens out with the top when her eyes are wide open though, but I think it's more of an exception. In the right light her cheek bones can be somewhat pronounced but normally I don't think this is the case, the cheek bone line should be removed. Her upper lip should be fuller, with the peeks off the center valley of her upper lip being more curved, the downward curve should be slightly more of a line that has a quick tail so it doesn't bottom out as soon when meeting the bottom edge of her upper lip. That will take care of the fullness of the upper lip. The lower lip needs to be only a tad fuller, it's rather round in real life. I had thought the eye brows were wrong but it turns out they're right since she started trimming her eyebrows thinner as the seasons went on. T'Pol - Albino black woman. ![]() Archer - He looks good but we covered that. Tripp - His hair looks fine but a little high and I think it should be a shade darker. His eyes should have the slight stems that Hoshi has. His chin line also needs to round the corner. Image:TripTucker2154.jpg - Memory Alpha, the Star Trek Wiki I think his earlobe may be over pronounced. The last two, I don't really care. But Reed's hair is probably too tall. They actually look on target.Enterprise NX-01 - I would like to see her with as much detail as possible, not to the point where you can see hull plates but the vent slits on the pylons. Then again, you might need to show the hull plates, the only reason the NCC-1701 didn't show any was probably because it doesn't have any to show. Don't forget the two phase canon hatches that are near the deflector on top and that in total there are twelve such hatches, six dorsal and six ventral and they sort of line up with each other from dorsal to ventral. Here are some references I uploaded a while back, just in case you need extras. Free file hosting by Savefile.com I saw an image from TAS, I would suggest using lighter marks for the internal lines of the faces. I mean thinner ones. I rather not see the Remans except at most in the briefest manner possible. It really doesn't make sense that a race of slaves would have their own ships or appear in any capacity than the most menial positions. Units composed of slaves is far more dangerous than any benefit. Besides, there's something to be said for the past being different from the future, there's no need to have those things just because we saw them later on. TAS isn't debatable canon, it just isn't canon, but since you're doing an animated series it makes a fun sort of sense that you include TAS. The Kzinti/Tzenkethi were going to feature in a Season 5 episode of Enterprise, there was even concept art for their ship. For the name though, I wouldn't use Kzinti, I would go with Tzenkethi, that way you will be fleshing out the Tzenkethi history from TNG and DS9. Then again, you could somehow establish that the Kzinti of the past are also the Tzenkethi of the future, after all they are just names and polities change names. http://majordiarrhia.googlepages.com/KzinShip.zip |
