Nice job Jimi. Good work on that Mk5, seems like a nice transition between the 2 and 7...

I love the comparision of your ship with the Galactica.
Also looking forward to seeing the completed side view of the "Thor".

Romulans! So predictably treacherous.

Tis is a Romulan escort, not entirely finished as you'll see. I imagine it to be compareable in size and performance to the Defiant class.

I don't currently have any Ferengi or Cardassian designs, though I'd be likely to try my hand at a Cardassain ship. I might try to come up with something in the comming week.

The carrier is really cool, my only problem with it is that the engines are so close together up top that the guns can't fire backwards between them.

That's a good point and I'm not sure how to fix it without moving the engines farther apart; which I'm not crazy about. Any suggestions?

Well, you could always rearrange the last two turrets into a "Line-Astern" pattern so you get at least one turret able to shoot back, two if you step them.

Nice work by the way, I really like the cockpit in the Mk V, it's just neat. Good work!

Thanks for the suggestion Talos, i'll see how it works out.

You're in luck firekite, i just happen to have a design for a Klingon and Dominion ship. Keep in mind these are still very early in the design stage.

The first is the T'Kena class Bird of Prey. It's wings are fixed so no landing capabilities and it's more a pure escort then the scout or larger cruiser BOP.

The second is a Dominion ship that is supposed to help fill in gap between the bug fighter and the massive battlecrusier. Probably about in the range of 200 meters in length just to give you an idea of the size.
