Hey guys! This picture is a little birthday present I'm working on for a friend. It's a character he created, but he doesn't have much drawing skill so he's always thrilled when I make renditions of his characters. Right now only the basic colors have been laid down, by the time it's done it will be all beautifully painted with a background and everything. The whole shebang. Anyway, what do you guys think so far?

What software are you using? It looks like Manga Studio or Illustrator.
I would really hate to have to draw her panel to panel in action... Yikes!

Wow, awesome stuff, I don't usually look at the 2d WIPs but i'm keeping an eye on this one...

mmh, I think, the armor parts are a big too dark. i'd recommend to reduce the black areas thickness and make em more greyish.

I still have a ways to go on the armor. When I paint, I tend to layer colors one by one. So I still have yet to add highlights and whatnot. You'll see.
