A lot of great ideas in there. So, did the various 'doodles' come from that first drawing? And, if so, what was the inspiration for it? Always unique stuff.

Thnx all
The ship was first thought-up as a shape. From that I needed a ship(which is incomplete atm)
Then I messed with different variations on the theme(also had some toss in ideas in there).
that's pretty much it...still a wip, and we'll see where it goes.
BTW the ship is mostly being portrayed dorsally

Very interesting indeed. As your designs are looking less and less like ships from Star Trek, I for one wish you would free yourself from the conventions of that universe and have them all belong to some other universe entirely. I don't know how that will read but I certainly mean it as a complement! Your designs have an originality that just goes way beyond the 'saucer/secondary hull/nacelle' school of thought.
