Lotsa Junk- My WIP thread

Hey Everyone,
Haven't posted anything recently as I have been trying to improve my technique- here is what I have got so far. It's a redo of a fighter I did in an evening a few months ago. This one has been taking me a bit longer!

Anyway, I'm hoping for some comments, critiques, and suggestions as to any improvements or adjustments you all think I could make. BTW, it's still very much a work in progress

Looks space worth. You might hide the gun better, like on the saber but that isn't even really needed.

Neat! You could punch up the contrast of the shading a little more though. The intake and wing gets kind of lost being the same tones as the fuselage.

Frenchie looks damn near 3D and the front and top views of the German ship are awesome. Can the German pilot see forward, it doesn't look like it?

Thanks! BTW, they are both french! As far as the forward view thing, I did that on purpose. My reasoning is the majority of the time the pilot would be looking at holographic MFD's on the instrument panel rather than out the canopy, and that the only reason it has a glass canopy is psychological.

your stuff actually inspired me to make a side view of my own fighter

And when the day arrives, i'll become the sky
And i'll become the sea and the sea will come to kiss me. For I am going home

nothing can stop me now

Thanks kaden, I really appreciate!

I'm starting a project that I actually did to completion a few months ago but never posted here because I decided it was crap at the last minute. It's called the Stillwell Space Systems Omnipod and it's going to be a non atmospheric spacecraft that can do a variety of tasks. My inspiration is the Jet Ranger helicopter. It will have 4 attachment points that will dock with mission specific pallets. Some of the different roles I am thinking of are construction, cargo hauler, tug, rescue, research and light combatant. Here is what I have so far. Note that the engine has all it's access panels removed in this shot- I want to do a couple in stripped down condition and it is easier for me to do it like this rather than 'strip away' the layers later. This is very much a WIP, so all comments and ideas are welcomed!
