Ho, hum, yet another a new guy with a Trek design...

... but the way I see it, every fanboy needs to do at least one Trek "Federation Starship," to see what Trek might have looked like had he been the production designer.

This here's the NX-5150-A.

Her impulse engines are stacked twin nozzles on the end of each warp nacelle.

She aint much to look at yet, but she gives me thrills up & down my spine because The Master himself, Andy Probert, has critiqued her original pen & ink sketch on another forum!

I like it, it's a very cool design but it doesn't have a Federation 'feel' to it.

I know I know, designs shouldn't be too set in their ways and always allow for creativity but in all honesty when I look at this I don't think Trek, I immediately upon seeing it thought of that chromed out Royal Yacht from Star Wars.

Very cool design never-the-less.

hehe, why not?

Nonetheless it bears an A at the end.

Sweet idea.

See the Shadows of Darkness, Hear the Scream of Cruelty...

That's why I've became a Warrior of Heart, Defend the one you like, Guard the one you love...

Looks interesting and very streamlined. Would be great to see some more views to see how everything works, perhaps a perspective shot? I could imagine this as a futuristic ship of the line
