I liked the big gun where it was although maybe it would have been better toward the middle, I also like the new proportion of the ship's chin since it makes the ship look stronger. That new big gun, in the second from last image, is really nice too.

I would just go with one, or two calibers of gun. It took me a long time but I figured out why the Pegasus seemed to have only big guns, it's because it does. It's big guns can fire about six times faster than Galactica's, so they're effective defensively.

What about raising the landing decks and putting guns on the bottom of the hull like the Galactica has. That way there would be clearance for them to fire sideways, not just down. I don't know if that would actually look good but it might work.

Just a quick post to explain the lack of progress to those interested in this and my other ships. I've had alot of things going on lately and have had no time to work on them unfortunately. I'll start up again when I have the time.

Here is a small update.

I've given the Olympus her name and added some windows like those in the gap on Galactica's Gator head. I also did a bit of panel line adjustment.

I think it may be a bad place for windows... they should probably go somewhere at least partially sheltered.
