Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0 | |Babylon 5| Corpressor Class Okay, AAAAAGES ago I started a ship while a nine hour render was happening, this ship was one that I made for Babylon 5 universe. The ship is designed to be a replacement for the Victory Class ship that we saw in Crusade. Now this is the first time I have designed a B5 ship, so dont expect anything very 'canony' :P The ship is designed to be slightly bigger than the Victory Class ship, but this is becuase I thinned it out and shappened the edges on it. I understand the the Victory Class was a ship that had a blend of Human, Minbari and Vorlon technology. So what I decided was to give it: Human looking weaponry and armour plating Minbari Organics and grace Vorlon 'Alive ship' look, hence why the bridge placing is different (The bridge is the 'brain' if you like). Anyway... This is my first Idea for the ship along with a size comparison for the two ship types... http://img363.imageshack.us/img363/2...ressorfnc3.jpg This is WIPs Neck part 1 http://img373.imageshack.us/img373/4...orclassny6.jpg Part 2 http://img297.imageshack.us/img297/471/neck2fl0.jpg Obviosuly no where near finished the neck quite yet, but its getting there.... They are easily accessible becuase they contain things like fuses and coolant monitors for the turrets. I am in the proccess of changing the panelling under the 'chin' of the ship, so that it has better lines. The panelling there before was crappy. There are also details along the top neck part. http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/825/neck5uz0.jpg Image location. ![]() |
