As far as uniforms, it appears that your male uniform is little more than a "second skin". am i right?
Pips. I made a set of Pips in poser, they ae really just cylinders. I tried rounding the edges, coulldnt figure that out. And i have no idea how to hollow them out, so i just made the "jr grade" pip dark silver instead.
