| That sounds pretty nasty. So you can't get into windows any more? A couple of things to try -
Create a new user profile and try logging in with this (you should be able to do that via safe mode)
Try running a check disk...From the command prompt, type Chkdsk c: /f /r /x (i believe). See if it turns up any corrupt files etc.
If neither of those work, you can do a repair install of Windows without loosing any data. Just boot of your XP Pro cd and select the "Repair" option. |
