I'm sitting around here waiting for a bit of software to arrive before I can carry on with my work, so I've had some time to do a render of a newly finished model
hopefully I've caught any errors, hopefully there isn't much segmentation visible either, but remember it's just a small-ish detail on a much larger ship - so it won't be perfect
I think my backdrop was... ambitious
, but I like it how it turned out
, somehow with all the glows and blurs I got away without any banding, so I'm lucky there or maybe working with HDR had something to do with it
*EDIT* - yes there's no pilot, but who cares
