You need to do a search on poser convertors on the web - I have one buried away somewhere. I'll post it if I can find it later.

Don't be overly surprised however, if the conversion process does not come out 100 percent as you expect. Poser files are effectively custome OBJ files, with each surface having its own material number even when the same image file is in use on multiple materials.

The convertor that I have combines all common materials together, but that still means that sometimes the material limits are exceeded and you have to some manual conversion.
