not for this project. my concept drawings were the first few models in the first image. Since I knew that I had to base the design on Asgard tech, I basically just modeled a really crappy Beliskner quickly, and jumbled the parts around, then added other bits.
I will probably have to draw up some concepts for another part of this project though. I also have to design some drones for the station that will be seen flying around that I am calling Valkyries (real original I know, but it fits in with the myth of Valhalla
). The only thing set in stone about their design will be golden or illuminated wings to tie in with the myth, and some basic similarities with the drones from the O'Neill class intro scene.
If I'm still working on this project when Stargate Worlds comes out, I might steal.....I mean borrow some design aspects from those Asgard drones.
We'll see.
