As for the geforce part of the post, i have been following the devlopment of the new cg movie and it has been stated that it will be a new twist on the orginal Japanese Battle of the planets verison my only concern there is the same as here the design of the phoenix or in japan the god phoenix.
And as for the tos era question the answer is no according to canon there where several classes in service including the refitted Nx Class everyone love's, The last part was a joke i was not a fan of Enterprise
