| Hey deks listen if you cant get it to recognize it I have one little trick but it will not give you much time if it works. and if it does you wont be able to use the drive agian most likely. But if it seems there is no hope for the drive, put it in the freezer for about an hour then hook it up and try it. I have no idea how or why it works. I learned it from some who used to work at IBM for 30 years. I have done it for customers to retrieve data from dead drives more than once. But I have never gotten the drives to work agian once they die back out.
