Here is my first 3D Gallery Post. If you can't tell, it's ment to be the Galactica from the Episode Exodus Part 2. I wanted it to look like it had been lifted directly from the episode!
Hope you enjoy (any comments and criticism welcome).

Oh, and by the way, it tends to look better the further away you are from it!

I made it in Cinema 4D using PyroCluster and Thinking Particles for the smoke and steam, and i used a hand drawn animated texture and the Hair Plugin for the flames. Then used Dynamic Render for the glow, lighting effects and blur! Popped it in the oven for about 53min and it was done!

It took 3 attempts to get it right!

I still think it should be called the phenoix drop. or phenoix plunge or maybe phenoix dive.

Looks great, but the Fire could be a bit more stretched. It looks a bit like a campfire right now.
