| SFM Guru | Nice ElintSeeker fast pack and wings, but the VE-1 is a two seater, and is strictly exo-atmospheric. Oh and Travicon, it's a Valkyrie not a Veritech, Robotech Sucks, the original macross rules all. |

| Awesome renders (pls keep it up!) And to answer a question: No by themselves they cannot get into space. They need a booster unit (shown when the Skull Squadron uses them to meet Breeti's command ship in orbit) or a carrier (like SDF-1). That is in regard to standard VF's, I never knew if they stated a fast pack was insufficient, as the booster units were based on the ones the Zents used for their officer pods (same apparent design retrofitted for earth fighters). Once they are in space there is no problem and they can survive a re-entry, thus becoming trapped in by Earth's gravity again and unable to reach orbit. How about an ARMD now and have VF's and Lancer II's lauching to engage the Zents? |

| To my recollection, FAST-Packs are strictly exo-atmospheric. The slipstream would rip them off. (As a trivia thing, the "V" in U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine squadron designations means "Carrier." It comes from the abbreviation for "aircraft carrier", "CV", which originally stood for "Cruiser, Aviation." ("CA" now means "heavy cruiser", and originally meant "Cruiser, Armoured.") I do love the Valks, and would be interested to know what you modeled & rendered them in my own self. |
