Ouch!

Great idea but I don´t even want to think about what that scene might do to a computer once you enable caustics calculation.

Somebody blow something up, I'm in a really bad mood. Thanks in advance.

I am trying not to think about trying that Thanx mate.

Inserted a new version in the first post.

The new one uses a better material then the previous pic did, however I had started this rendering before figuring out how to add the defects to it. The new one took around 13 hours to render.

Thats pretty cool, but (Green) Kryptonite is radioactive debris from Kryptons destruction . On the home planet, Kryptonite was a synthetic crystal which weakened SuperPowered Kryptonians, but it was lab based. There were no "forests" of crystals anyway, as the crystal technology was an organic technology.

I let it run for about 13 hours. Almost 80 passes.
