Stargate Worlds fan art
Just finished these so I thought I would post them up. I posted them over at the Stargate Worlds forum, and thought you guys might like them. I'm not entirely happy with how the second and most complex one came out. Thought I could do some better sand by just painting it rather than the 3d that is there. I may in the future.

I have to agree. I'm using photoshops lens blur and it renders fairly mediocre results. I wish I had the money laying about to pick up ZdepthPro.

actually lens blur should achieve better results than that, you should try exporting in a format with greater dynamic range and bring that into photoshop, then the blur should look great
