Talking Pure Gold Enterprise Ships

Hey there everyone, it was a while since I posted any completed 3D art. I decided to dig out my Enterprise ships (not all of them) and turn them into "golden" miniatures. I had a thread about it in 3D wips but I stopped doing that for a moment so I thought that I will fill the gap between the next model with a compilation. Here's the image :

Thank you very much Here's a better view of the model. It may not be a 1:1 when it comes to details of the actual ship used but I did my best ...

You could really do with an environment map as the top side reflections make the scene look very unrealistic. The models are better than the render makes them appear to be

Yeah, the environment is non-existent in my image I've been tweaking the settings today and if I come up with something good, I will update the image as soon as possible.

Thank you very much Someone also advised me earlier to look into the HDRI maps but I was too busy making other stuff to really update the scene. However, I will surely use those maps and promise to do something way better.

Thanks for the help guys

I remember these. Really nice and one day I will get to texturing the Raptor. I just got Max 2009 and I have to figure some things out with it.
