Deep Space

Here is my first Star Trek Image. I have been seeing alot of Voyager lately so I figured I might as well try my hand at it too. I know it's a little dark but as I said before....I like them that way. Hope some of you like it too. Thanks to Flat Eric for a great mesh.

Ah, where are all the jaggies in the shadows coming from?

I see what you are talking about. Don't know how I missed that one. Looks like crap. I'll try to make another without jaggies. Thanks

Very good work, sans the jaggies. As far as dark portrayal of the Voyager, if you look at later seasons of ST: Voyager she does look darker, as opposed to the early seasons of TNG which was filmed in brighter light. Starting in season 3-4 of TNG they began to use more subdued lighting for filming the models. And in ST: TMP they used nearly no light to film the Enterprise which I believe was the most realistic approach, given that she was rarely near a light source (meaning a star). So forget the nay sayers and do what you like because it probably has a precedence.
