Nice one. Headered. Congrats on the header over at CGS too.

Can't seem to get it to play properly though. Which codec did you use for it? I'm getting jerky playback on all my players.

WIP: Semi-Random Projects

Comco: i entered it manually in the back end

Yep, same here. All my players are playing it very badly.

beautiful work!

Really love the chrome look of the city with all of the reflections and blurry reflections!

Great job on the whole piece! Thanks for sharing it here with us!

ps. it's playing fine for me in QT on the Mac, btw

pps. what was an average render time for each frame?

I didn't do the compression of the video - it was done by our transfer department, so I don't know what codec they used. Some standard mpeg4 codec I'd say. It plays fine here on my XP64 with VLC, quicktime and mediaplayer.

The average rendertime for a frame was about two hours for the 1920p render. Though rendertimes varied greatly from shot to shot. The big aerial shots rendered up to 5 hours per frame.

Yes, outstanding work. I was curious about render times, but those questions have been answered. Again great job and congrats on the Header.
