Felt like making a scene to break things up while painting my Sherman-Class Cargo Drone...

Hi,

Very nice model and lighting!
One thing disturbs me though. The vanisihing point of the main lines of the enterprise doesn't fit the vanisihing point of the warp effect. I noticed that you tried to use different directions for different layers of the star field, i guess to give it a somewhat shaky look, but the difference to the perspective that's used on the ship is too strong in my oppinion. Looks a bit like the ship is crossing the warp tunnel.

cu,
chris

love the ship and lighting but the angle of the ship looks off with the warp streaks. I'd make it more centered.

As I host my own images dude, with my posts pay no attention to the attached thumbnail, I just do that so there is a gallery listing thumb outside. Click on the bigger thumb above that for the full-size.

hmmm... the angle difference makes it look like its flying along all squiffy. Not so sure about that - its a bit jarring.

Is there a WIP thread for that Sherman? I don't remember seeing one when I was just in that forum.
