Apparently, an indie adventure game called "Limbo of the Lost" was recently published in the US which directly stole a large amount art from other games, including Elder Scrolls: Oblivion-- Take a look at these screenshots (!): Limbo of the Lost-gate

Thankfully, the game's been pulled from shelves, although the fact that this actually could at one time be found on shelves is... mind-boggling.
