Looks great, but one question... ummm do the vipers launch upside down?? The launch tubes are not right if you intend them to launch top side up towards the top of the pod.

Judging from those launch tubes, Cerberus is MUCH smaller than either Pegasus and even Galactica. Is this your intent?
Actually no sooner than I posted the image that I noticed that, trust me I very quickly scaled them properly. I guess thats what you get when you model on the fly between University and Hockey practice.

Hmmm, good catch its one of those things that I didn't notice untill I was done. However haveing the vipers launch inverted does make the ship a little more interesting, and since Battlestars have artificial gravity Its entirely possible. (thats the great thing about space... no up or down )

Only problem is that you then need some sort of transition from the hanger to the launch deck to flip the Vipers back over. Pegasus had a section between the two hangers that must have served that purpose, possibly a deck with no gravity or gravity that changed 180' very quickly since the tubes were up/down/up/down. That allowed Vipers to come down from both directions. Cerberus doesn't look like it has room for such a transition, and it would be unlikely that it would have one since there wouldn't really be a logical reason to have it with only a single hanger deck.

The upside down launch tubes on the Peggy also suggest the possibility of an upside down hanger deck, or some sort of a turning device for the viper when it enters the tube. Frankly I've stopped trying to figure out the mechanics of the double flight pod.

The Cereberus looks good, sort of a mix between the Pegasus and the Valkyrie. What program are you using?

It looks nice but those engines are way out of proportion to the body/head! They are too big!

I think the engines look great the way they are. It makes the battlestar look like a blockade runner; built for speed. Looks killer!

2d art is treated as a bastard child in 3D forums.
There are cultures on this planet that are just plain not ready for advanced technologies like explosives and automatic guns

Still adding more detail as I go, I've been working on the bottom armor. I've also added the main batteries thanks to coxxon's rail gun model, I'm asuming its ok to use atm. I also used a better font on the name, a bulkier looking font.
