Well if it's not the best X-wing now, I'd say it might be one day
How did you do those pipes, they look really cool and I've been wondering an easy way to make the corrugated effect.

yes, color would be nice but ... I will first finish the model itself. Then I have to learn how to make an UVMap and the I can start the paintjob

Thanks again for your comments. I'm working on the new update now

Damn it, how did I not notice the freaking normal move, scale, rotate tools
I've been using C4D for about a year and a half now and somehow I never noticed them on the bottom toolbar

Thanks man, that tutorial was really handy.

UV mapping isn't too hard in C4D, especially if you've got Bodypaint 3D.

Good work, Chris. One of the best non-ILM X-Wings I've seen so far.

My inner child got his ass kicked by my inner juvenile delinquent...

For some reason I missed your comment ... thank you very much for your kind words.

ooooo K ...

after a long time I have started working again on this baby (I stoped last year because a lot of things with the X-Wing were wrong)

I remodeled the Fuselage ... its more accurate now. The Canopy need to be overworked too because the new fuselage ... heh heh ... some more work

The little Artoo in the neck is a nice present from WIZ

THANK YOU WIZ!

More updates soon

You had to remodel the fuselage, and then you had to rework the canopy bec of fuselage re-work. The R2 socket needed to be resized, which left the engines out of place; then fixing the stabilizer foils.... so in other words a new x-wing

Looks great, but in order to pass judgment, we need to see it textured and painted and all that *hint*...can you add the rogue squadron patch to the s-foils? (i can make it for you, if you want)
