I've only ever used R9 and 10, but I've never had to many problems with cutting holes, it allows you to turn the cut poly into n-gons, meaning you get a nice clean cut straight in the middle of a single poly  |

JDRs is more lifesize and I think he is using the "big" X-Wing from ROTJ as reference. I'm just trying to reconstruct the filming Hero model. None is better IMHO. JDR is doing a fantastic job on his X-Wing! Nest step for me is to fix the Canopy. Its a bit out of size because the new fuselage. Updates soon Greets Chris |
