^ hehe. Yep, it seems my joke has back fired on me.

Sorry guys, but she's not getting nacelles. They'd be over a quarter of a mile long with the Illustrious huge length

That, and there's enough engines to keep her chugging.

Just some shots of the greebling and paneling i've been doing lately. Still got the rest of the ship to panel, followed by the guns and textures. Oh boy...still flyin'.

BTW: not sure about the amount of greebles i should put on. I have got to ...er...animate/move/'make things go boom' her.

Oh, and i forgot some more stuff (anyone seen my head was here a minute ago....)

Only a rough idea for a fighter (yes Safe, she does the capacity to house a small squadron of jets. The sunken Rectangle in front of the tower is were the doors to the hanger will be.)

oh, and just a picture of a cargo bay doors/ airlock with Steve and Bob by the side for scale.
