| SFM Obsessed | Sorry Recon, but her FTL more of a jump drive, like the ones in Crimson Dark or the Hyperdrive systems from SG (ie: quick and easy put also preatty looking ). And the Madiens also a bit too small and ugly for the Fleet. People would think i'd be something the Galactica had pooped up! UPDATE!!! anyway, from one disgusting note to another, more greebles added to the wheel of fortune. Kind of amazing to see how they turn out after so much uming and arring when modeling. Also, the beginnings of a shuttlebay... Comments, Questions and Suggestions always welcome. Cheers all and thanks for looking |

And now your at a point where a closeup would be posible, but the main mesh just dosn't have enough polys for it ![]() If you can I'd say go over the mesh again and considder where you want the dense greebles and details and then up the polys there... especially around circular areas like in that last image. But damn, you're moving fast man |

| It is the nurnies that sett my mind in motion. The brain requiers speed, the models requier details, it is the nurnies alone that sett my mind in motion. | |

| SFM Obsessed | Cheers Tovette, Larsen and tbd. Larsen: the low poly is what i was aiming at, didn't really want this ship to be curvy and smooth like a sports car, more bulky and square like a truck or a six wheeler. Besides i have an idea of whats going to go there (eg: lots and lots of greebles and panels) so it should work fine. thanks for the tips though. One day i'll build a high poly ship UPDATE!!! more greebles ( *snore* ). Oh and some gate fans might notice a odd an odd shape on the outer ring (i gotta learn how to render better )Cheers all, comments, suggestions and questions always welcome |
