ah yes - i went with negative extrude on the balance of evidence. I decided they were probably sensors for the phasers.....

i unzipped, loaded, F9'ed, went "arrrgh!!!" and closed.......Finish???? Nobody said anything about finishing!!!!!!

They are definetly recessed into the hull then ribbed. Least that is what I see >_>

they seem to be ribbed in only one picture. in all other references that i have they're not, although it should be visible in at least 2 other pics as well... i'll go for the ribbed version

more important to me would be the underside of the wings... there are definately recessed parts, but i can't really see the shape of them, as i only have one low quality picture of that part...
