The Striker Class is my kind of ship. And her design fits well with a story I'm currently writing (not Stargate related though.,,, well maybe hints of it)

There are some really interesting designs here. I wonder if maybe if the continue the series to make (stargate Command) (one can hope right?) someone from the show might wander in here and see these designs of ships and tech and think that they might be useful for the series. Be kinda cool. to see one of these ships seen on the TV or big screen wouldn't it?

Just make sure you try to get ownership of the design.

I've not posted any of my own work on here for a while but I have enjoyed keeping a close eye on all the great models being produced by all you guys.

Here's my latest creation. It's for a project I've been asked to work on by -Raynor- and I know others posting in this topic have been working for the same project. This ship, the Yakami, is basically support artillery (thinking along the lines of the role the Steamrunner class in star trek armada. It will have 3 huge coil guns mounted on the ship, no hangars (except a small space for a teltak type ship) and minimum point defense and shields.

The model itself is very early stages, coil guns arent there yet, no bridge, no hangar for the teltak etc) but you can see roughly where I'm going with it.

C&C welcome as always

Do you have an indication of scale for it?

no visual indication, but I'd say it's probably comparable to the prommie, maybe a bit smaller maybe a bit bigger but around that sort of size, unless -Raynor- says otherwise anyway

Yeah, Yakami is comparable to Prometheus size.

Anyone thinking of making a fleet image using all stargate ships created here?

I have been lucky enough to have a few people give me their meshes and I've converted them to Lightwave. If I'm lucky I'm going to get a few more. Then I'll put together an Ori/ Earth final conflict pic.
Even if I don't I will be doing it with the great meshes I do have now!

Important Bulletin
I have nothing important to report at this time.....
