I do not think it was some Furliing ship. More likely, the producers of the show put that ship in, let it fire on the Prometheus a few times just to rattle some screws from that Earth ship then forever disappear from the Stargate series. Like a one shot thing.

the furlings are in the 4 races they would have been peaceful but i still think it was them and arfter many years they have been attacked in there galaxy and now they just attack anything that is in there teritory to defend there home world. but i still want to know who they were. i think the reason for taking the crew was to stuidy them to see if we were a peacful race and a worthy allie but thats my theory and best of all about that ship u would have been about the same size as the ori motherships and might of givin them a run for there money.

the ship looks great so far you've got the basic shape perfect to me but i dont know about everyone else but they seem to like it to and dr lee that ship looks real nice now

I also find it hard to believe that the furlings would just start shooting if it were them but on the other had the prommy was using goauld shields and hyperdrive at the time so that might have givven them the wrong impression, but i also remember reading (i think it was on wiki) that that ship belonged to a race called the 'shippers' or something like that.

in other news I decided to do a slight remodel of the Hammond when I hit a snag. I forgot how to extrude a line in max if any body knows how this is done please enlighten me.

I get like that sometimes. Can't even spell the easiest of words like "what". I sit there for ages trying to think what it is. Very frustrating and embrassing

SImple scootes: select the Line or Polygon and then hit the extrude button in the selection menu.

This might sound like an incredibly stupid question right now but witch selection menu? the drop down or the slidey one? sorry I am having a realy bad brain-fart tonight

The one on the right. Its under the selection box (ie: edge, vertex, poly) along with Extrude and Chamfer ]

and...er...cause i didn't have to open Max to find that out (seriously, the more you use Max more it will become second nature )

Hi, i am following this communtiy for a long time now and i never thought that my first post would be of this kind, as i always thougt i would first post one of my models in this threat but ok, back to theme. When i saw this ship the first time. I thought it might be a ship of the Ashen. The design looks a bit similar to their harvesters. So, i am not sure if this is possible with the cronology of the series.

Just for note, in Odyssey that Grace ship, and of course it's owners, are taking a great part of storyline. I think it could be too big coincidence to fire at previously unknown vessel (Prometheus) and by the way, let's abduct her crew, doesn't make much sense. So, could be Aschen, could be someone else

But we are just poor writers of fan spin-off, so, Scorpius is right. Grace ship will propably never be revealed again.
