was also thinking of having an asgaurd desighned anti-grav pulse gen for the atmosphere reintry using them to slow down and come to a nice soft landing on some landing gears that i havent modeled yet, and to help in launching the ship. the ship will most likely have a setup of 11 landing gears, 4 on each bay and 3 on the main hull of the ship, when the ship lands on a planet with its bays still attached, it will rest on the bays landing gear. the landing gear in the nose on the main hull will extend when landing with the bays being as it has the ability to go down farther then the ones the rear. also i dont think I have said what the main power source was for this ship yet so i guess i will post that while I am on. Hammond is powered by an experamental cold fuison reactor, producing more power than a naquada reactor for longer periods of time. It also uses asgaurd hyperdrive, sheilds, beaming tech, and a set of rings. and no it does not have asgaurd beam weapons on it. wow now that was a big post. sorry to all those that actually read it far enough to read this part lol@boberth I like your new ship there, I like the non-symetrical design you have used on this one it is something I dont think we have seen in this thread before. looks great keep up the good work Regards Jesh | |
| CVF-308 "Hammond" assult carrier, ment to hold its own and thats exactly what it does. it would be a good idea not to get on the bad side of this ship Last edited by scootes; 01-07-2008 at 08:19 PM. | ||

| Update on the Helo... ![]() while the main stuff is finished on this i think it looks a bit bare. I'm going to greeble this thing before i step back and say 'Finished!' I've started on an idea for a 2-seater version, Basicly a stretched version of above with the co-pilot/Gunner directly behind the pilot. I'm also thinking of calling the single seater version 'The Wasp' with a 'HG-381' numerical designation. (The two seater would be 'The Hornet' and 'HG-382'). Currently rendering a rear view of this that shows the Landing struts better than the above image.EDIT- Here it is... |
