I have been keeping an eye on the new Gi Joe toys. There is one in particular that screams "Stargate!" to me. It's called the Dragonhawk(Forgive it that crazy cannon on the front, of course...), and when i get one, i will remove the lift fans, and make wings(F-302 style). It will be a Long-range bomber/cargo mule.
Does anyone else see the potential of that ship?

Hi all
Here's the first of the revamps my SG1 style F302 retextured and remodeled the colour looks a bit dark but when lit with proper lights as in pic 3 it looks ok still need to do some spec maps and add the gear covers for the in flight version and then i'll modify it to the atlantis spec. So in affect there will be four versions all togeather.

Where are the gun ports on these things? 4 missiles can't be all they've got right?

Not sure about the where they are on the early SG1 versions ( if they had then at all ) but on the atlantis version they are mounted in pods under the wing root i think

Yes on the show it's like the gunfire comes from some magic place...I wish I knew.
It's hard to make a convincing pic not knowing some of this stuff is coming from.
I thought it was from what people say are the ant cluster up front but no joy with that thought.

Have a look back at page 40 i think. There are some pics that show the location.
