Calling all Stargate Fans!

NICE ! Maybe my next project should be some sort of carrier that carries the daedalus ships from the factory to the shops lol Like those trucks u see on the street that carry the cars from one side of the country to the other.

Btw, i was thinking: as i said in my previos post, the tau'ri don't have nearly as many resources to build such big ships soooo what if let's say that they discovered a nearly completed ship left behind by the asgard (a new prototype, asgard technology combined with tau'ri tech, cause we already know they liked us enough to name a ship after O'Neal, maybe they went even further ...) and they finished it ... and voila, the Tau'ri have a brand new mothership

That sounds good.
I think a better idea would be to find a secret, abandoned Asgard shipbuilding facility.
That way it would be OUR ships built using one of their facilities.

You're right, that IS better ! This means that now we have the technology to build ships that don't have to be so similar with the daedalus

Ok guys, I have something new for you. When I tried last night to start working on the details on my mothership I got real bored real fast, so I said I should model something to make me feel a little better and this is what it turned out eventually:
- a new ship class called "RACUS" -> Repair And Combat Utility Ship
- the features of the RACUS: it can hold 2 containers with spare parts or other cargo; holds 12 repair drones that are also used to dismantle enemy fighters in flight; has cloaking capability; 2 arms used for repairs and that are also capable of tearing a ship to pieces; is equipped with a tractor beam so it can tow damaged ships to safety; other equipment is still being tested and may be implemented in the future

It would have to be of a renegade Asgard as Thor said they were destroying all things Asgard and leaving what they could with the humans...knowledge wise.

Or it could be the new ship mentioned in for Stargate Universe

I like the new Tau'ri NextGen ship SolCommand. How about adding Asgard fins on it?
Hey, I've recently envisioned my version of the future of Stargate:
In the year 2010, the Tau'ri, the Ancients, the Jaffas, the Aschens, the Tollans, and the Nox have all come together to established an interstellar parliamentary government called the United States of Galactic America and established a paramilitary organization of Exploration/Defense/Science/Diplomacy called the United States Space Corps. And the existence of Stargate Program is revealed to the public. That's all I can think. What do you think?

you know that season 10 of stargate was based in the timeframe that is now right? so 2010 would be a tad early for an alliance in that sort specially sisne the nox stil lthing that the auari are too young. lol and the tollans most likely owuldnt agree to such an alliance and the ancients well there arnt any flesh and blood ones in the milky way

PokemonFleet, the idea is good but I guess we'll just have to wait another 2 years to see if the US government will finally make the SG program public However since the Asgard gave us all their technology in the "Unending" episode I think we're the #1 military power in the galaxy (or more than one galaxy, cause now the daedalus is more powerfull even than the Ori mothership) so we can do pretty much whatever we want, make alliances, break them, go to war and win etc etc ......... damn it, why did they had to end the series ?!?! I enjoyed the show so much more since it became more ship-based than gate-based and now when they were finally getting there they end it
