very nice man ! It's simple but yet it looks good enough to invite a large number of people at your party

boberth2o, your ship looks much better without those big hangars and I think it has an excellent tau'ri design !

Here is my mostly finished Inferno Class (i just wanna add some plates n greebles) What do you think?

Ive also included a pic of my fleet so far, to help with size comparison, (note that all of them are smaller than a Deady)

I gotta do the aforementioned plating and greeblng to both ships n then its on to the next, which'll be either the battleship or scout/science vessel or maybe the fighter.

very very nice m8 ! Your Inferno would work really well next to my new outpost
I started modeling this yesterday, the idea was to use it in a mod but I changed my mind.
The story: This is the first outpost built by the Tau'ri in the Ori galaxy. It only has 8 railguns, 8 missile launchers, 12 F-302s and 2 puddlejumpers. It's powered by naquadah generators (mainly for the shield) but it also uses solar panels to power non-essential systems.

Thanks Sol. That base is looking great, i can tell its Tau'ri, and summat about it made me tie to the Prommie when I saw it. Is the domed bit the bridge/control room or summat else? One problem to me is that at the moment it seems slightly to small for the number of F302s and jumpers, but apart from that, its great

Mmmm....pie, drool

the dome actually covers some trees to filter the CO2 (they learned their leasson after they were about to die in that episode on the daedalus ). Well, then I guess it has 8 F-302s, budget cut

And perhaps an Asgard Core, with supplies to flash-manufacture another eight really fast?
I like the tree idea.

Sorry about the downer on your 302 numbers lol. But Asgard core would be a good (albeit beardy way) to make up the numbers.
I like the tree idea, trees would be better, shiny, cos that means some of the crewmen are gardeners lol.
Btw, what program to you use Sol?

I like the Taur'i Outpost alot, it's a great idea!
It could be like the Federation's Ship Docks or the Colonial Fleet's Shipyards.

Update, I added some more paneling and finshed up the nose section, and I made the bridge.

boberth2o, my humble opinion is that if your ship would get a cool texture it might as well be the next ship introduced in the Stargate show As I said before, it fits excellent with the Tauri design ... and those guns ... they look very realistic to me, 5 stars out of 5 m8, I just hope you'll texture it and make some nice renders
Phoenix7, for the moment I'm using 3d Max.
