Cameron Mitchell: Thanks, I finished the Lazarus refit, but haven't had the time to render any good shots yet. Maybe sometimes soon. I predict that this ship will be done by the end of this next week.

StangCody: Thanks, Except mine looks way cooler

Finished the Gale class (just a little bit on the bottom but Im leaving that for a bit). Ive put orthos, an Iso and a pic of my fleet so far with the post.

Since this is the first ship Ive actually bothered with, it makes my others look lesser, especially the Gaia Class, so I'm gonna go back and properly panel the Inferno and overhaul the Gaia before I start on my battleship and fighter.

Gale Class (Scout/Anti-fighter)
Length- 75 metres
Width- Couldnt be bothered to measure
Height- snap, but its got room for 2 decks inside
Weapons - 8 dual railguns
Other- Asgard Shields, Transporters and Hyperdrive
Crew- between 40 and 75

Thanks CameronMitchll, much appreciated. Updates for my Gaia Class which is undergoing an overhaul to look as good as my others, added armour to the sides, as this is where the planetary nukes are stored, so it seemed ike a good idea. Also have redone the engines to match those of the Inferno and Gale classes, as this helps to tie my ships together.

Nice.
I am finally "getting" your design style.
The streamlined look without outrigger pods gives it more of an ancient feel to it.
And i like it.

I have a bit of an update on my projects guys.
I am working on a series of model kits i am calling "Artemis"
I have used a Daedalus main hull, but i am making maybe four sets of "accessories" for the hull. Each set will be capable of turning the hull into a different class.
The two i have parts for already are "Ares" and "Mjolnir".
Ares will be a MKII version of the model master i made previously(The Ares was meant to be a Daedalus hull, not yet finished when the Asgard died, so it was re-tasked with LOADS of newly aquired Asgard tech).
This version will have a lot more of the main hull in common with my actual Daedalus model kit(Seeing as it's using the same hull):

The other variants will basically be new Asgard tech(Well, old to the Asgard, but new to the Tau'Ri), being implemented experimentally to see what works best.
The first one i have made parts for other than Ares is Mjolnir, and it will be a Daedalus hull with more of a Beliskner look to it:

Comments and crits welcomed as always.
I am also receptive to any design direction ideas i may have overlooked.

Hallowed are the ORI...

Yay for updates, nicely done boberth, looks great

I have one of my own, my Oceanic Class Battleship. Just the basic shape, has a small through-deck shuttle bay (only carries fighters when needed, usually for shuttles n dropships). Plenty of missiles and railguns and maybe a couple of beam weapons plus all the usual Asgard goodies.
Oh yeah, there will be doors on the bay, no plucky heroic-type fighters are getting in there to cause internal damage .
The whole thing comes to between 600-650 metres long. C&C welcome

EDIT:forgot to say...Ooo shiny models Bar :P Hows the Hatak?

Indeed.
She is more important to me than ANYTHING, so modelling has fallen to the side for now(She stays 3900 miles away, though, so when she heads home, i will have time to get more done before we hook up again....).
