I do have some sort of "fact-file" type thing with measurements for the Prometheus, tho I can't say if it is official. When they were sellin' the dvds on the magazines in the papershop here in the uk, they were selling a magazine aswell. I just can't remember what I did with the one I got. |

What do you think? The Prometheus is for size comparisson. Prometheus model provided courtesy of someone else, sorry I forgot the name and where I got it. ![]() |

The file for this is 155MB!!! Adding the textures in would have bloated the file another 50MB or so. I know some of them are a bit small and hard to see, but getting everything into scale and in the same picture was REALLY hard. So here goes: From left to right: Copernicus - Science Research / Medical - Frigate Type Diligent - Rapid Transit / Light transport - Courier Type Monroe - Combat / Patrol - Destroyer Type - This ship is named for Marylin Monroe. Class is named for "famous" women. Think nose art from WW2 aircraft. I thought that would be a cool idea to resurrect. Prometheus - Combat - Battle Cruiser Type - In actuallity, this ship was more of a heavy frigate or a light cruiser. Helios - Heavy combat - Battle Cruiser Type - Designed specifically to combat enemy capital ships. Daedalus - Combat - Battle Cruiser Type - This is more of a Command Cruiser than a battle cruiser as it is multi role rather than serving a specific combat role. Valkyrie - Combat - Missle Cruiser Type - Carries many times the number of missles that a X-304 type can. Olympus - Carrier - Fleet Carrier Type - Can carry up to 144 F-302's, 6 Al'Kesh, and 4 Puddle Jumpers. What do you guys think? You like? The Daedalus model is thankfully provided by Grzesiek. Prometheus model made by someone else as well, I just can't remember his name or where I found it. |
