Thanks!

The Valkyrie was designed to not run out of ammo like previous generation ships would. It has 28 standard missle silos with 5 missles each, with a reload stack below it, for a total of 140 missles per side, 280 total first load, 560 total compliment. There are also 7 silos for Mark 9 "Gatebusters", a total 14 for that extra punch if needed.

The Diligent, inspired from the movie "Wing Commander", was an experimental design meant to test the capabilities of a new Hyper drive system that was far more efficient. The shape of the ship was to exploit the subspace field formed when a ship enters hyperspace.

I am also redoing my Tau'ri version of the Al'Kesh, my assault/patrol ship, and am still working on my space station. Not to mention contemplating an entirely new design that is completely different from standard SG Tau'ri type ships. I'm also thinking about a new Goa'uld ship. Add in my script writing time and my gaming time, and the time I take to study bikinis and the various beautiful creatures that fill them, and you end up with one VERY busy little boy.

You were right! Excellent. They look like they could actually hold it up off the ground.
How close to texturing are you now?

Thanks. How ironic, that's the one that I put the most time into. I jump around from ship to ship as I get ideas. MY 3 favorites are the Valkyrie, Helios, and the Diligent. All three do thier specific tasks extremely well.

Valkyrie - missles, and LOTS of them.
Helios - Large calibur rail guns, like 15-18 inch diameter rail cannons.
Diligent - the Ferrari Enzo of Tau'ri ships, fast, very fast.
